I would like to recommend Trisha Bonnell to be your realtor. I secured the services of Trisha to sell my home in Ahwatukee Custom Estates in the summer of 2007. We were clearly in a buyer’s market with prices holding flat to down. Clearly a difficult time to be selling a million dollar home. With Trisha’s professionalism and positive work ethic I managed to have a contract on my home 69 days after listing and ultimately closed with a selling price greater than I had initially hoped for.

 I interviewed 4 realtors before selecting Trisha. The primary reason I ultimately selected her was her professional appearance and conduct, as well as the fact that she was the only realtor of all interviewed that was clearly excited about my home. While most realtors gave me a long list of problems that needed fixing or would negatively impact the selling price, Trisha gave me a long list of what was right about my home. As a result this helped me set an initial selling price well above what I had initially planned on. Throughout the whole process of showings and open houses, she continued to remain very professional, readily available and clearly energized about selling my home.

After the initial offer and through-out the inspection and contract negotiations process, things became rather difficult with the buyers. Trisha took on the full brunt of the issues and worked every detail to my advantage. She also pulled me from the verge of canceling the whole deal more than once. If she had not been there as a buffer between me and the buyers, I am sure I would have lost this deal and not sold my home.

After the close, she also continued to solve problems for me by helping out with the move and even storing some of my belongings (and pets) through a long transition to my new home, which was under construction.

I highly recommend Trisha Bonnell as a very level headed, professional and dedicated realtor that will definitely understand and represent your needs in any transaction.

I just wanted to take a moment and thank you for all that you have done for us over the last several months in regard to the sale of our father's condominium in Mesa, Arizona.
 
As you recall, my father had fallen several times in  his condo and was forced to move to a nursing home.  After some investigation it was determined that the title to the condo had been placed in my name and the names of my four sisters.
At that point it was our responsibility to clean out the condo, get it ready for sale and hire a realtor.  Since I live in Florida and my sisters live in Minnesota and Oregon, we did not know any realtors in Mesa.   Basically, my father hired you for us and with some trepidation we went along with his request.
 
From our very first meeting, when you presented us with a "book" of information about the condominium development, the surrounding area, comparable sales, etc.  I knew you were exactly the realtor we would have hired.  Your presentation that evening was very well done and it was obvious that you had put a great deal of time and thought into the project.  Your honesty and enthusiasm were very refreshing and somehow I immediately knew that I could trust you to help us get this property sold. 
 
Shortly thereafter, you helped us find a painter, a flooring company, heating and air conditioning contractors and even made suggestions about what else needed to be updated or replaced to make the condo more marketable.   As I recall, you even helped us move some furniture!
 
Due to the fact that we all live out of state, we were forced to depend on you for so many things, for example: checking on the painter, fixing the garbage disposal, seeing that the cleaning people did their job, etc.  So often you went out of your way to help us get this property on the market.  We realize that everything that you did for us was above and beyond the scope of your responsibility as our realtor.
 
Three of my sisters and I are all employed in the real estate industry.  We all know how slow the housing market is right now.  Your marketing strategy and advice regarding pricing the property to sell were all right on the mark.  It is due to your efforts that this property is now sold!  You have more than earned your commission on this one.  In fact, this is one bill we will be more than happy to pay! 
 
Jeff, we can never thank you enough for all that you did to help us.  Please know how much your honesty and integrity has meant to us thought-out this process.  Working long distance, I truly don't know how we would have gotten this property sold without your help.  You are simply, the best!

 As you know, you listed my home during a time when the market was down (2007).  You gave great suggestions on how to prepare the home for sale.  Your follow up on every person who visited the home was impressive.  I felt as if I was your only client, and always had up to date information on what potential buyers thought of my property.  You never gave up!!!!!   Even when I had decided that I may have to rent instead of selling, you continued to work hard.
